Since all of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, there is a chance that the piece you order could possibly be already sold. In the event that this should happen, you would have the option of receiving a credit for your order, and selecting another piece in my collection, or I will custom design a piece for you as close as possible to the piece you have ordered.

All shipping and handling is free of charge for orders over $150. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. Most items ship out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment and can be expected to arrive on your doorstep in a timely fashion. If you want your items to arrive more quickly choose Express Mail or Priority Mail ($18.00 & $5.00), or contact me to arrange alternative shipment. If choosing U.S. Post Office Express Mail, your order must arrive by 1pm CST (Please note; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & some west coast deliveries may take up to 2 days).

Purchases returned within 10 days are eligible for store credit. Credit is given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returns must be well packaged and insured. RKM Designs is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Items which are received damaged due to shipping, will be replaced after notification of such damage and within 10 days of receipt.

Every RKM Designs purchase comes in a beautiful gold gift box which is then carefully packed with bubble wrap and placed inside another box to insure safe arrival to the customer.

Silver The best way to care for your jewelry when you are not wearing it is to store it in an airtight bag to prevent tarnishing. Eventually, even if it has been stored properly, it will oxidize. To restore it to it's original state, use a good quality soft silver cloth or non-abrasive silver polish. Silver cloths are available through RKM Designs for a charge of $3.50 and can be included with your order if designated.

Pearls Exteme dryness will damage pearls. They are also sensitive to perspiration, cosmetics and hairsprays. Pearls are soft and can scratch easily so make sure you store them in a cloth bag or container. Do not store pearl in plastic. They must breathe.
